For 140 years, KU has provided quality education to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and beyond. The university today boasts a faculty of approximately 500, and a student body of 10,000. The university comprises five colleges, and offers 48 bachelor’s degrees and 14 master’s degrees.

Our mission is to provide a quality educational experience for all of our students. Our recent physical growth has positioned the campus to meet the demands of the 21st century. Our new academic facilities include the science center, which boasts modern labs and state-of-the art research equipment, and a new high-tech academic forum building. Our student life was recently enhanced by the addition of the student recreation center, featuring an 8,800-square foot fitness center and a climbing wall.

Kutztown University boasts one of the most ethnically, racially, and culturally diverse student bodies in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. Our international and community partnerships have created exciting opportunities for the university and surrounding community alike.
