The librarian who serves you will probably not be from KU, but if you include your email we'll get back to you later if your question isn't fully answered live.
When the chat widget shows as 'open,' it means that you'll be served by an
academic librarian here in PA. When it's 'closed' you can use full-window chat
or, for email service, type your address and question into the widget box to send to
a KU librarian.
If the chat librarian is busy with other calls, replies might not be as quick as you expect. Patience will pay off. Try to express your question as clearly as you can.
