Some reminders about requesting KUR for an event:

1) We will need 3 weeks notice for an event to be considered.

2) We may or may not be able to help with your event. We will let you know approximately 2 weeks before an event.

3) We require electricity, a table, and chairs for an event.

4) We require advance notice if you have any groups performing at the event, and we require any music for performances at least a week ahead of time.

5) We require a full schedule of any activities or performances throughout the event.

6) Donations to KUR, while not required, are encouraged.

7) We will try our best to accommodate any special requests and communicate with the organizer about what we can and cannot do.
