Economics

Economics is the study of the use of limited resources in producing goods and services that meet the needs of consumers, businesses and governmental agencies. The minor in Economics focuses on how an economy functions and how to spot trends and opportunities in finance or business. Career choices that are enhanced by this minor include positions in government, banking, securities and investments and economic research.
