The B.S. Environmental Science Program at Kutztown University provides majors the scientific background necessary to obtain employment as environmental scientists, or to pursue advanced degrees in the natural or environmental sciences. The Environmental Science Program is interdisciplinary and provides majors with a broad environmental knowledge base including biology, chemistry, physical geography, geology, mathematics, and physics. The Geography Track allows students to acquire specialized geographic knowledge pertaining to the environment, and to gain marketable skills involving geographic methods, techniques, and planning. The B.S. Environmental Science-Geography Track requires GEG 394 Internship in Geography.
