COVID Information - Please review the current information about COVID.

No Parking in C or D Lots on Saturday - If you are parked in the C or D lots on South Campus, please move your vehicles to lots A4 or B3 on North Campus by noon, Friday, Aug. 26. You can move back on Sunday, Aug. 27, by 8 p.m. Thank you for your help with making Saturday's new student move-in day a success.

Find Your Class Buildings - Refer to this building code list to find the building where your classes are located.

Are you a Member of the OFFICIAL KU Facebook Group for Your Class? - Join the only official group to communicate with your classmates. Groups are organized by your expected KU graduation year.

Bookstore Account - Students receiving financial aid in excess of their institutional charges (tuition, fees, meals, housing, etc.) may request a bookstore account be established at the KU Campus Store for the purchase of course-required books and supplies.

KU Campus Store Virtual Shelf - The KU Campus Store strives to provide the largest and most affordable textbook options for our students!

Handshake Accounts - Log into Handshake to activate your account, enhance or update  your profile, check out on-campus jobs on the Job Tabs, or make a Career Coaching appointment.

Student Information Phone, Email, Chat for Return to Campus - If you have questions about KU and don't know who to ask, call 610-683-4000, email ur@kutztown.edu or use the Online Chat.  A staff member will be available during business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.). Remember, all questions are good questions, and we are here to help everyone navigate through the days ahead.

Fall Accommodation Letters - Students registered with the DSO may log into MyKU to request accommodation letters for fall 2022. Check your KU email for more information.

Parking Permits - Parking permits need to be purchased ASAP via your MyKU app. Pick up in KU Business Services in the Academic Forum 107 during business hours. Parking enforcement is scheduled to begin immediately. Students may only park in their assigned lots in white-lined spaces (not restricted spaces!).

Bagpipe Lessons - Learn to play the bagpipes for free. Group lessons are held on Thursdays at 6 p.m. Online options available. Contact sherrod@kutztown.edu for details.

Looking for a KU Alumni Mentor? - The KU Foundation's KU FUEL program pairs students and alumni mentors to build professional and networking skills. Apply for a mentor in your field of study.

Reading Fightin Phils LGBT Night (Sept. 6) Free Tickets - Pick up tickets at Boxwood or the MSU Info Desk for the First Energy Stadium Baseball Game in Reading. Register on Engage for the bus which departs 5:30 p.m.

Call for Proposals: Gender & Sexual Minorities Conference - Submit your program proposal via this form on Engage by Sept 23. GSM to be held on Oct 7.

Attention Seniors: Upcoming Career Center Events - Virtual Senior Kick-Off Workshops start Aug. 31 at 3 p.m. Zoom link found at Career Center. Registration open for the Senior Etiquette Luncheon held on Oct. 4. Register through your Handshake account, then go to events. Seating is limited.

Back to School Supply Drive - Help Lambda Theta Phi, Latin Fraternity, Inc., with the drive through Sept. 7 to collect essential back to school supplies for the Opportunity House in Reading, Pa. Three drop-off locations: Multicultural Center lobby, Stratton Administration Center lobby, McFarland Student Union information desk. Monetary donations can be made at www.opphouse.org/donate.

Extended hours - Several offices will offer extended hours in the first week of the semester.

(UPDATED) Birthday Bash for Wynnie - Meet the first dog of Kutztown University, Wynnie, at the President Hawkinson's residence at 5 p.m. We will have birthday cake for the students and doggie treats for the pets. Get a photo with the birthday pooch and sign a birthday poster for Wynnie.
