Upon submission of an electronic document, you will receive an email notification stating that the request has been completed by the Financial Aid Office. Please be aware that the reference to completion only pertains to the document being submitted correctly. Please allow time for the document to be reviewed and processed by our office. Processing times vary depending on which form is submitted. You will be contacted if additional information is needed.

PHEAA has provided several forms that can be printed by visiting this website and should be submitted directly to PHEAA at 1200 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102-1444.
