Where will I pickup my rental vehicle?

Delivery to Campus

When reserving a vehicle for business-related purposes, as a KU employee, you will have the choice of having the vehicle delivered to KU where it can be dropped off in parking lot A6 (outside the Academic Forum) or D2 (on the west side of Keystone Hall). Choosing this option will result in delivery of the vehicle to campus by the Enterprise facility located in Reading-Temple.

Other Enterprise Locations

Additionally, the vehicle may be picked up at an Enterprise location of your choosing. This may include a rental location near your home or where you travel.

KUSSI Employees

If you are a KUSSI employee, you should choose the delivery option that meets your needs. However, be sure to reserve the vehicle under the KUSSI links and not the KU Employee links available on the website provided on the KU rental form in Docusign.

Notes:

• Kutztown University is tax exempt, applicable taxes will be removed. Damage Waiver and Supplemental Liability Protection are included in the price. 
• Mileage is unlimited in these states: PA, OH, WV, NY, NJ, DE, MA, CT, VT, NH, ME, VA, NC, SC, IL, KY, IN, MI. Travel outside these states is 200 miles free per day with an additional fee of $.25 per mile over 200. Monthly rentals are capped at 3,000 free miles per month.
• There will be no change for additional drivers who are KU employees or the renter's spouse or domestic partner.
• All drivers must be 21 years of age or older. Drivers of 12 and  15-passenger vans must be at least 25 years of age.
