Transfer Student VIrtual One-On-One APPOINTMENTS
Are you transferring to KU from another institution? Scheduling a transfer student virtual one-on-one appointment will help you get your specific questions about the transfer admissions process answered.
Science SESSIONS
Science Sessions focus specifically on science-related programs. Hear from faculty and tour labs and other facilities in our science buildings. You have the option to tour our campus prior to the Science Session.
Accepted Student Events
Accepted Student Friday
This smaller-scale program provides a glimpse of the opportunities that come with a Kutztown education. Learn about next steps, speak with current students, faculty, and staff, and have breakfast during this interactive program. Campus tours will be offered.
Please note, these event dates will be split by academic area. Students should register for the program in which their intended major falls. Students coming in as Undeclared can register for the program that best fits their interests.

Accepted Student Day
Come one, come all to our grand day of celebration for all accepted students! This large event will take place on March 28 from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and include every office and academic department on campus to celebrate with you and answer your questions. There will be games, prizes, and an entire carnival of fun! Regardless of whether you have paid your deposit or are still making your final decision, this program will prepare you for your next steps. Registration will open on January 26.
Senior Classroom Visits
Senior classroom visits will allow you to join current students in a class, where faculty are happy to meet you. Registration will open on January 5.
Golden Bear Guidance Virtual Sessions
Hosted via Zoom, these sessions will cover specific topics related to your next steps in the enrollment process.
Junior Preview Day
Junior Preview Day provides an introduction to Kutztown University. During the program, you will hear from admissions representatives, learn about academic programs, and tour our beautiful campus.
Registration will open in late February.

Large group visitation Requests
We offer group visitation experiences on a first-come, first-served basis. These opportunities are available to groups with a maximum of 50 prospective students. Due to a high volume of requests, we cannot accommodate elementary or middle school groups. The deadline to request a group visit is April 1.

Virtual Financial aid and FAFSA Assistance
Do you have questions about financial aid or do you need help filing the FAFSA? Make a virtual appointment with the Financial Aid Services Office.
Self-Guided Campus Tour
Anyone is welcome to take a self-guided tour of campus. Self-guided tour maps are located in Hawkinson Welcome Center. Feel free to contact your admissions counselor with any follow-up questions after your tour!
