Filing a Complaint

Kutztown University is committed to creating an environment free of harassment and discrimination for all of its employees. KU desires to resolve complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair, and amicable manner in accordance with university polices, applicable laws, and the appropriate collective bargaining agreements. All members of the Kutztown University community are expected to treat each other with civility and respect, while recognizing that disagreement and informed debate are valued in an academic community. Demeaning, intimidating, threatening, or violent behaviors that affect the ability to learn, work, or live in the university environment have no place in the academic community.
