Ordering a Kutztown University Transcript:
- Visit Parchment to request your transcript.
- Select "Ordering your own credentials or academic record"
- You will need to create a Parchment account the first time you submit a request.
- Follow the prompts to complete your request.
- Using a mouse or touch screen, complete the authorization process with your signature.
Alumni (on OPT) and Travel Information:
Documents to carry during travel around the U.S.
Nonimmigrants and lawful permanent residents must carry their immigration registration document’ Nonimmigrants and lawful permanent residents must carry their "evidence of registration" document at all times. Usually, this is the Form I-94 or an EAD card for nonimmigrants or Form I-551 (green card) for lawful permanent residents.

Documents to carry for exit and re-entry to the U.S.:
- Passport: Valid at least 6 months into the future
- Valid F-1 Visa: If expired, you will need to renew while outside of the U.S.
- Most recent Form I-20 with a valid travel signature
- Form I-94 (Can be retrieved here: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/home). Your I-94 record will update when you re-enter the U.S.
