Welcome to Kutztown University and the Golden Bear Family! At New Student Orientation you'll meet other students, faculty and staff! You'll also receive your class schedule, obtain your student ID card and tour campus. We know you have lots of questions and we are here to help you! Spring 2025  Orientation

This orientation is for first-time attending college students planning to begin their college career in January 2025. 

  • Once you pay your Advanced Registration Deposit, you can register for orientation!
  • Orientation is required for all new students. Attend as soon as you can!
  • Remember to register your parents/guardians for the optional Parent/Family Orientation Program. 
  • KU offers both an in-person and online orientation. Online orientation is available for those living far away from campus, non-traditional first year students, students enrolled in 100% online programs, and military students.
  • The online orientation is self-paced. Students need to contact our office to get approval and to be registered for the online orientation programs. Parents/guardians can also view the online orientation.
