Welcome to Kutztown University Public Safety & Police Services website!

On behalf of the dedicated officers of KUPD, we thank you for your interest in our department. As Chief of Police, I'm honored to serve the University community and invite you to interact with our officers and explore the services we provide.

Our officers are certified by the Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officer Education & Training Commission (MPOETC). Together with our security officers and civilian staff, we work tirelessly to prevent crime, solve problems, and enhance the quality of life on campus.

Our commitment to your safety is unwavering. We maintain a 24/7 presence on campus through bicycle, foot, and vehicle patrols. We strive to be leaders in innovative public safety strategies, fostering a strong, inclusive sense of community at Kutztown University.
