“The most successful and influential choreographer alive, and indisputably the most musical,” is how the New York Times describes Mark Morris. Choreographing for an audience's ears as well as its eyes is a trademark of Morris’ style. This repertory performance, which includes pieces from recent works such as Pepperland and The Look of Love, are as much about his music choice as about the movement. An integral part of the Mark Morris Dance Group, The Music Ensemble famously provides live accompaniment creating a must-see for dance and music fans alike.
