Faculty and Staff Development

Bringing high-impact practices (HIPs) to KU students starts with providing professional development and support to those who spend the most face-to-face time with our students: faculty and staff. Faculty development with new strategies for embedding HIPs into their courses and programs will improve teaching practices that lead to stronger student outcomes and increase retention. Topics for learning and collaboration span across many of Title III’s program initiatives and aim to spark creativity and scholarship to continue to provide transformative curricular and co-curricular experiences for KU students.
