2024 "Nacho" Picnic

College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Faculty and Staff are invited by the Dean's Office

Loaded Nacho Station! 

  • Hawaiian Nachos – Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips topped with Pulled Chicken, Sweet BBQ Sauce, Queso, Pineapple Salsa, Jalapeno, Avocado Crema and Cilantro 
  • BBQ Pork – Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips topped with Pulled Pork, Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Sweet BBQ Sauce, Creamy Coleslaw and Pickles 
  • Holy Guacamole – Tri Color Tortilla Chips with Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Shredded Lettuce, Fresh Pico, Guacamole and Vegan Chipotle Sour Cream 

3:30 pm- Corn Hole Tournament! 

Should we give you points for an extra creative Team Name?

Community Art

Faculty and staff participated in creating community art for the Dean's Office. Each person was encouraged to write a positive college quality on a leaf. "What quality or characteristic helps our college be strong, healthy, and effective?"
