2024 "Nacho" Picnic

College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Faculty and Staff are invited by the Dean's Office

Loaded Nacho Station! 

  • Hawaiian Nachos – Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips topped with Pulled Chicken, Sweet BBQ Sauce, Queso, Pineapple Salsa, Jalapeno, Avocado Crema and Cilantro 
  • BBQ Pork – Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips topped with Pulled Pork, Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Sweet BBQ Sauce, Creamy Coleslaw and Pickles 
  • Holy Guacamole – Tri Color Tortilla Chips with Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Shredded Lettuce, Fresh Pico, Guacamole and Vegan Chipotle Sour Cream 

3:30 pm- Corn Hole Tournament! 

Should we give you points for an extra creative Team Name?
