Dr. Urszula Pruchniewska recently published her research on the mobile dating app, Bumble, in the International Journal of Communication. For this study, she interviewed female users to find out about their experiences of the app.

At the Fall 2019 commencement, Katelyn Melder and Jericho Dar became the first two graduates of the new Social Media Theory and Strategy (SMS) program. Katelyn has already taken a position as the Social Media Manager for Women in Technology International (WITI).
