Global Communication

The Global Communication Certificate is a 9-credit module designed for participants interested in working in international business, government service, public relations, marketing and media.

The certificate equips participants with global communication skills in international media, global public relations, public diplomacy and intercultural communication. Specifically, the certificate teaches participants to tailor media messages to different international audiences, design public diplomacy campaigns and communicate effectively across diverse cultures. The certificate includes three courses (nine credits) and requires participants to earn a “C” or higher in each course to earn the certificate.
