KU Micro-Internship Program
Small Projects, Big Impact
Students, you can gain experience, build skills, and increase your professional network. Micro-internships typically last for a duration of 2-4 weeks/10-40 hours of work while balancing academic commitments.
Employers, micro-internships are comparable to those assignments typically given to new hires or summer interns — things like conducting market research, performing financial analysis and trend reports, website development, software testing, data clean-up, social media reviews, candidate sourcing, content creation, grant writing, and assisting in lead generation.
