Small Projects, Big Impact

Students, you can gain experience, build skills, and increase your professional network. Micro-internships typically last for a duration of 2-4 weeks/10-40 hours of work while balancing academic commitments. While most micro-internships are remote, some are hybrid. Please know students may qualify for mileage reimbursement or ride-service (Uber/Lyft) to their micro-internship site.

After completing a micro-internship opportuntity you'll receive a digital badge that you can add to LinkedIN or another electronic portfolio site. Please also add the experience to your resume. If you want to extend this learning opportunity even further, you can look into the micro-credentials that the KU Advance office has to offer.
