KU Student Success Navigators
Every new Kutztown University student has a dedicated Student Success Navigator providing personalized support. Your Student Success Navigator is a full-time staff member specifically assigned to assist you. They are your go-to person, focused on helping you succeed at KU. Working alongside your academic advisor, they ensure that your needs are met.
The button below requires students to log into Starfish using their KU student email address and password after the Advanced Registration Deposit (ARD) is processed.
When should you contact your Student Success Navigator?
- When you have a question. Ask your Student Success Navigator! If they don’t have the answer, they’ll help you find it.
- When you encounter an issue or obstacle. Your Student Success Navigator is here to help resolve problems and connect you with resources to help remove any barriers.
- When facing a personal challenge. They can connect you with resources to support you through difficult times.
- When there’s a hold on your account. Your Student Success Navigator can investigate the reason and help you understand how to remove it.
- When you’re unsure who to reach out to. Your Student Success Navigator knows KU inside and out and can guide you in the right direction.
