Direct Pay Requisitions Use - Limited Situations

  • Athletic Officials (outside of Arbiter contract) under $5,000 in total.
  • Bulk mailing requests.
  • Candidate reimbursement.
  • Miscellaneous refunds (i.e., camps).
  • Non-reoccurring services rendered for small, non-bid items. This is defined as services which will only be rendered one time and are under $5,000 (i.e., external reviews, guest speakers, consultants).
  • Tuition waiver payments to other PASSHE universities (for Bursar use only).
  • Payments to return unexpended grant funds to awarding agencies (grant accounting only).
  • Reimbursements from grant funds to outside vendors as per the terms of the grant agreement (grant accounting only).
