Education House
In order to enhance the student experience for Education majors, this housing provides experiences that allow for building community and connections between and among education majors. The Education House is designed to foster the relationship between the KU Faculty and
the community at large, in order to allow the teacher candidates to connect their learning with the people and resources in which they live.

This community seeks to provide a space to help Education students find additional support and connections through opportunities such as:
- Week of the Young Child
- Guest Speakers
- Classroom Volunteers
- STEAM Workshop
- Maker Space Workshop
- Research & Publication Opportunities
- Game Nights
- Pizza, Movie, Ice Cream, etc. Socials
Community Location
The Education House is located within the second floor of Berks Hall.
Community Members Agree to...
- Attend weekly Community Meetings
- Attend various events and workshops related to the Education Department
- Participate in at least one service iniaitive led by the Education House
