Lytle Hall is the location of the university's Departments of English, History, and Mathematics. Lytle Hall is the farthest building from our dorms but it's a beautiful walk.

The building is named in memory of Clyde Francis Lytle, an English teacher at Kutztown from 1922-1956. Lytle and a group of students began the school's newspaper, the Keystone, in 1933.  The same year, Lytle composed the school's alma mater, which plays every day shortly after noon from the Old Main clock tower.
