Administrative Professionals Day; Thank You from President Hawkinson

Today is Administrative Professionals Day and I want to thank the many administrative professionals at our university for the wonderful service they provide to our students, faculty and staff. It is important to recognize your contributions in helping us to fulfill our mission. As administrative professionals, you provide the fundamental attributes that give structure to the day, and you provide the frame to many actions. You are the foundation of your department or unit, the cog that holds the wheel together, the water that primes the well. Especially on a college campus, the administrative professional is the one most likely to have the institutional history, experience and dedication to ensure the office runs smoothly. You are often selfless in your commitment to help students, supervisors, peers and others. As professionals, and caring people, you will rise up to face adversity and not hesitate to put in the extra effort to complete a task or project. This university is stronger because of the good work you do. Thank you, for all you do for Kutztown University.
