APSCUF-KU Seeking Full Time Office Manager

Office Manager, Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF, the collective bargaining unit) at Kutztown University.
     Duties: Manage the APSCUF/Kutztown University office on behalf of 450 plus faculty and athletic coaches members; coordinate with state APSCUF headquarters, coordinate all correspondence activities with various constituencies, maintain office file system, schedule and make arrangements for a variety of meetings and events, assist with dental and vision benefits enrollment & questions, help organize faculty and coaches.      Required: Associate degree or equivalent and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to deal appropriately with confidential information. Competency in Microsoft Office including SharePoint and Google Apps, as well as an understanding of data bases.
     Preferred: Experience with labor union environment; experience as an office manager; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; self-motivated, flexible individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience with QuickBooks, Survey Monkey and SharePoint a plus.
     This is a nine-month full-time, summer half-time position with year-long full benefits, beginning as soon as possible. Starting salary is $29,179 + a stipend of $1,600 for a total annual salary of $31,319.  Liberal benefits and vacation package included.
