Ice Hockey to Compete at 2023 National Championship Tournament

The Kutztown University men's ice hockey division II club team is one of 32 teams that qualified for the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) College Hockey National Championship (formerly the CHF Federation Cup). KU is the 20th-ranked team in the tournament and will play March 10-12 at Ice Line Quad Rinks in West Chester, Pa.

Business Intelligence Planned Outage

All Business Intelligence reporting will be down for maintenance noon Friday, March 10 through Sunday evening, March 12. The BI system and all reporting will return to service for users by start of business on Monday, March 13. During the planned maintenance period, users will not be able to access the Business Intelligence tab of the portal.

Save the Dates - COE Dean Search Open Forums

The search committee for the position of Dean of the College of Education invites students, faculty and staff to the open forum meetings with the candidates. Because this is a critically important position for the university, we hope that you will take time to attend all or part of the meetings and ask questions of the candidates. The search committee will be soliciting your responses to the candidates through a survey sent after the meeting. Curriculum vitae for each candidate will be posted the day before each campus visit.

New Procedure-Catering Invoicing

Effective Thursday, March 9 all Aramark catering invoices will be sent via email from Erica Gerber, Gerber-Erica@aramark.com. Ensure the purchase order number is indicated on the invoice and send it with approval to pay to apinvoice@kutztown.edu. You will receive an email notification to approve the invoice in SourcePoint once Accounts Payable enters the invoice for payment. Please follow the instructions to approve a service in SourcePoint. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Accounts Payable or Erica Gerber.

APSCUF-KU Student Scholarships Spring 2023

The Association of Pennsylvania State College & University Faculties at KU will grant two $500 scholarships and The Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Retired Faculties at KU will grant two $250 scholarships to undergraduate students returning for Fall 2023. Recipients of the scholarships will be determined on the basis of their participation in campus service and solidarity activities as well as academic record. Please encourage your students to apply. Gimbor, Weinberg set to compete at NCAA Division II Championships

Kutztown University wrestling will once again be represented on the national stage this weekend when redshirt freshman Dalton Gimbor (Bernville, Pa./Hamburg) and redshirt sophomore Matthew Weinberg (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) compete in the NCAA Division II Championships at the Alliant Energy PowerHouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
