Women's Center Awarded State Grant for Continued Support of It's On Us PA
The Pennsylvania Department of Education announced 37 institutions of higher education and postsecondary schools, including Kutztown University, have been awarded It’s On Us PA grants of up to $60,000 each, totaling more than $1.4 million. These grants are used to combat sexual assault and promote safer campuses.

Ujima Conference 2024: It Takes a Village
Join us for a three-day conference Feb. 20-22 during Black History Month celebrating Black American and African cultures through collective work and responsibility, community and fellowship and social events. There will be workshops, self-care sessions, beauty pop-up shops, facial treatments, massages, and haircuts for men by on and off-campus collaborators. Our conference will host three speakers:
- Keynote speaker Dr. Denise Pearson, PASSHE vice chancellor and chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer.
- The closing keynote speaker is the founder of Black Girl Environmentalist and Environmental Justice Warrior Wanjiku "Wawa" Gatheru.
- The guest speaker Master Gunnery Sergeant Joseph H. Geeter III, USMC retired, Philadelphia Chapter 1 National Montford Point Marine Association Commander.

Invoices - SourcePoint
For expenses entered through SourcePoint, the department must forward all invoices to Accounts Payable for payment. The RPO does not forward any invoices attached to PRs to the Accounts Payable office. Ensure the purchase order number is indicated on the invoice and send it with approval to pay to apinvoice@kutztown.edu. If the invoice is for a service, once Accounts Payable enters the invoice for payment, you will receive an email notification to approve the invoice in SourcePoint.
