Procurement Help Email

Procurement Shared Services (PSS) has created a Procurement Help inbox to better serve all our university inquiries. This email address allows PSS to expand its support services by adding additional resources from the PSS team. This inbox will allow Kutztown users to ask Procurement and SourcePoint Procurement questions to a broader PSS audience. This team will consist of the liaison that Kutztown has been working with (Angela Jackson) and additional team members. Please begin to use procurementhelp@passhe.edu for all your procurement-specific questions or questions concerning the entry of your Purchase Requisition (PR) or Purchase Order (PO) processing. If you have any questions concerning this change, please contact procurementhelp@passhe.edu.

Health Center Class Absence Notes

Class absence notes are currently being printed in color on KU letterhead and signed by the provider. Excuse notes are provided by the KU Health Center on a very limited basis, when a student is seen at the Health Center at the time of the illness and the nurse or physician deems the student too ill to attend classes. Notes are not provided for students who test positive for an illness outside of the Health Center, those who are treated by an outside provider, or simply because an appointment at the Health Center was attended. Students should not be referred to the Health Center to obtain a note after a class is missed.
