New Exhibition Celebrates Pennsylvania Sculptor Marshall D. Rumbaugh
Exploring the life and work of contemporary Pennsylvania sculptor, Marshall D. Rumbaugh (1948-2023), "Carved from Our Roots" features artistic works in wood and stone inspired by the folk art traditions of the Pennsylvania Dutch. The exhibition opened Saturday, June 29 and runs through Tuesday, Oct. 1, in the gallery at the DeLight E. Breidegam Building, Headquarters of the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center at Kutztown University.

Disability Services Office Introducing Accommodate
Over the summer months, the Disability Services Office has implemented Accommodate, a new electronic system to house information on student accommodations. All faculty on campus can access the site using this link or the link on the DSO webpage. A faculty quick-start guide for the system can be found under the “Resources” tab in the left-hand menu, or you can attend one of our upcoming Accommodate trainings that will be announced in the following weeks.

Help Wanted - Lifeguards for the Summer
Do you have a child or know someone who needs a short-term job for the summer? The Office of Conference and Event Services is in desperate need of lifeguards starting ASAP. Must be 18+ for this position. Don't have a certification or is it expired? We will offer it and pay for it. The hourly pay rate is $12 an hour for four-to-six hours a day, depending on how many campers are on campus and is only needed for the next four weeks. We are offering a lifeguard course on campus Friday and Saturday, July 5-6, Keystone Pool. Eight Named to Academic All-District At-Large Teams
Eight Kutztown University student-athletes were recognized with Academic All-District At-Large honors by College Sports Communicators (CSC). Earning spots on the NCAA Division II Women's At-Large Team were field hockey's Sarah Gatehouse and Mackenzie Kile, along with lacrosse's Sam Graf, Shannon Lake, Emma Meakim and Robin Spector. Twin brothers Bailey Gimbor and Dalton Gimbor of the wrestling team were recognized on the NCAA Division II Men's At-Large Team. The CSC Academic All-District At-Large teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom across NCAA Divisions I, II and III and NAIA.
