TRIO SSSP Career Closet Pop-up Shop

TRIO SSSP is accepting donations for gently used men’s and women’s professional clothing in preparation for spring graduation, employment and internship opportunities. Donations will be accepted Monday, March 13 until Thursday, March 23, 27 Rohrbach Library. The TRIO SSSP Pop-Up Shop will be available to KU students 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, March 27 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, 250 MSU. All proceeds will benefit the TRIO SSSP Scholarship Fund. To make a monetary donation visit https://give.classy.org/KUF and search TRIO Student Support Services. Your support is greatly appreciated.

New Procedure-Catering Invoicing

Effective Thursday, March 9 all Aramark catering invoices will be sent via email from Erica Gerber, Gerber-Erica@aramark.com. Ensure the purchase order number is indicated on the invoice and send it with approval to pay to apinvoice@kutztown.edu. You will receive an email notification to approve the invoice in SourcePoint once Accounts Payable enters the invoice for payment. Please follow the instructions to approve a service in SourcePoint. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Accounts Payable or Erica Gerber.
