Employee Flu Vaccine Clinic
Flu vaccines for employees will be offered 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, Student Recreation Center, South Studio. This is a walk-in clinic; appointment times will not be assigned. A Rite Aid pharmacist will administer the vaccines. To receive a flu shot, please register here so that we have a count for the pharmacist. Please bring your CVS Caremark card (AFSCME/SCUPA) or Highmark Blue Shield card (all others).

Anniversary of KU's Hildesheim Program
Kutztown University is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of its Hildesheim study abroad program with an in-person reunion 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, Freyburger Schoolhouse, featuring a Kaffee and Kuchen (coffee and cake/high-tea type) celebration. The event is open to the KU campus community. Program alumni, current Hildesheim students from Germany and prospective KU students will be in attendance to share experiences about their time abroad, their experience with culture shock, reverse culture shock and to network with others. A virtual Happy Hour will be available at a later date for alumni who now live and work abroad.

Dr. Diana Elliott, Counseling and Student Affairs, will share tips for focusing your scholarship approach at a 4-4 teaching institution 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, CEL Office, 6 Rohrbach Library. Whether you are incoming faculty or have been here a while, we can all use time to develop or fine-tune our scholarship plans.

Psychology Career Day
Please excuse students from class who have to present their internship at Psychology Career Day, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 218 and 223 MSU. Students will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and hear about the experiences of other Golden Bears who have completed a psychology internship.
