Kutztown University Council of Trustees Meeting
The Kutztown University Council of Trustees will meet Thursday, April 25, McFarland Student Union Building.
Committee meetings will begin at 1:30 p.m.:
- Academic and Student Affairs Committee, 323 MSU.
- Finance, Property, and Audit Committee, 322 MSU.
- Human Diversity Committee, 325 MSU.
- University Relations and Athletics and Advancement Committee, 324 MSU.
The Plenary Session will begin at 3 p.m., 250 MSU.

SSHE Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for non-represented (management), nurses, faculty and police is April 22 through May 3. If you do not have changes, no action is required during Open Enrollment. View the Open Enrollment website for employee information, including the premiums for the 2024-2025 plan year. GEPAC External Reviewers - Open Forum for Faculty and Staff
The General Education Program and Assessment Committee (GEPAC) would like to announce that Kutztown University’s General Education program will host two external reviewers Monday, April 22, as part of its five-year program review process. Faculty and staff are cordially invited to an open forum with the external reviewers 1:30-2:30 p.m., 250 MSU. Any questions may be emailed to GEPAC at gepac@kutztown.edu.

Hip-Hop at KU: Moments Create Movements
Empower the creatives. Empower the community. Empower the culture. Moments Create Movements is a grant-funded program from the KU Research Committee. Marlene N. Fares and Stephen Walker, with the support of faculty, staff and student organizations, are bringing you the dopest hip-hop experience. Join us as we pay homage to hip-hop with our workshops and showcase.
- DJing Workshop: 4-6 p.m. Monday, April 22, Little Theatre, Schaeffer Auditorium. Explore the world of mixing with DJ Trix, aka Dr. Sirrakos.
- Graffiti Workshop: 3-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 113 Sharadin. Graffiti artmaking with Dra. Sotomayor.
- Writing Workshop: 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, Multicultural Center. Poetics of hip-hop with Chana and Stephen.
- Moments Create Movements Hip-Hop Showcase: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, Schaeffer Auditorium.

Take Your Child to Work Day 2024
The Commission on the Status of Women is sponsoring Take Your Child To Work Day Thursday, April 25. The job-shadowing day is intended to give children a glimpse into the working world through the guidance of their parents. It is designed to inspire and build a strong educational foundation for young children. Celebrate this holiday with us by arranging for your child to come into the office, or to follow you on your daily tasks. We’re sure it will have a positive lasting effect. Computer Science and Information Technology Thesis Presentation
