A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rain. Partly sunny, with a high near 86. Light west wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Lunch at the Folk Festival
KU faculty and staff are invited to have lunch at the festival, July 1-9. You will receive free entry to the festival with your KU ID or business card weekdays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The festival offers a variety of Pennsylvania Dutch foods, homemade soups and sandwiches plus festival favorites including sausage, potpie, corn fritters, funnel cake, shoo-fly pie and apple dumplings.
