Field Hockey's Gatehouse Named to Academic All-America First Team

Sarah Gatehouse continues to add to her legacy with Kutztown University field hockey as she was named a First Team College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-American. The Sinking Spring, Pa. native becomes the first Golden Bear field hockey student-athlete to earn Academic All-America status since Mackenzie Fuhrman in 2018-19. She is also just the second First Teamer in program history, joining Laura Kline from 2005-06.

Partial North Campus Power Shutdown

In order to support the Poplar House renovation project, a partial North Campus power shutdown will be required beginning 4 a.m. Saturday, July 27. The target time for power restoration is 7 a.m. The shutdown will impact the following buildings/facilities:
- Beekey Education Center
- Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center (Bottom of Luckenbill Road)
- de Francesco Building
- Rohrbach Library
- Lytle Hall
- Rickenbach Research and Learning Center
- McFarland Student Union
- North Water Tower
