We are pleased to announce Pamela Reichert-Rex has been named Senior Executive Associate to the President. Pam joined the Office of the President more than 10 years ago and has played a key role during the transition of Toyia Heyward to her new position at the State System. KU Biology Students Publish Class Research Project in Journal of Helminthology
Two Kutztown University Biology Major students published the experiment they helped design as part of their BIO 270 Research Methods in Biology class. Billie Kantner, B.S. Biology – Organismal Biology/Ecology, and Emely Santos, B.S. Biology – Allied Health, were co-authors of a Short Communication, along with KU faculty Dr. Alexander Hernandez and his research collaborators at Rodale Institute and the University of Minnesota at Morris.
The article was published July 2023 in the Journal of Helminthology: Alexander D. Hernandez, Bille Kantner, Emely Santos, Sara Major, Rick Carr, Yuzhi Li (2023) The number of Oesophagostomum spp. larvae recovered in coprocultures varies with media used. Journal of Helminthology 97: e55.
