Princeton Review Ranks Kutztown University as One of Best in Region for 22nd Straight Year

Kutztown University has been ranked as one of the Best Colleges in the Mid-Atlantic Region by The Princeton Review for 2025. The education services company is widely known for its test prep programs and college and graduate school guides. KU is among 97 institutions named to the regional list. Kutztown University has been included in the regional list in 22 consecutive rankings, dating back to the 2004 rankings released in August 2003. RAD Training

Rape, Aggression and Defense Training (RAD), provided by Public Safety and Police Services, is free to female students, faculty and staff. Training is scheduled 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16, 22A Old Main; 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, and Thursday, Sept. 19, Georgian Room, Old Main. You must attend all three sessions to complete the RAD program. KU to Host Unity Rally, Community Link Fair Thursday, Aug. 29

Kutztown University will hold its annual Unity Rally 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, Schaeffer Lawn (rear). Dr. Kenneth S. Hawkinson, university president, along with university leaders, representatives from the student body, the community and other campus officials will give remarks celebrating KU's diversity and sense of belonging to the Golden Bear community. The event will take place during the university's annual Community Link Fair, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., which brings together local businesses, non-profits and places of worship with the campus community.

Pride Night at R-Phils - Free Tickets Available

We still have free tickets available for Pride Night at the R-Phils vs. Erie Seahawks, 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3. Gates open at 6 p.m. Tickets available at the Boxwood House or 109 Stratton. Transportation available for students and faculty/staff, if space allows. RSVP for transportation online. Wear your KU gear!

Faculty and staff are entitled to discounted tickets to KU Presents and other performances. In addition, you can receive four free tickets to each regular season home football game.
