Delaney to Serve as KU's Acting Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs
Kutztown University President Dr. Kenneth S. Hawkinson has selected Matt Delaney, current vice president of Finance and Facilities, to serve as acting vice president of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. Delaney will provide leadership to both divisions until a permanent vice president of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs is selected and begins their tenure at KU. According to President Hawkinson, “VP Delaney has extensive experience in many of the areas that fall under Enrollment Management and Student Affairs and has displayed exceptional leadership skills during his time as an administrator at Kutztown University. He is an engaging and dynamic individual who will provide stability to this division until a permanent vice president begins.” Delaney has worked at KU since 2004 and advanced through various leadership positions in the Finance area, rising to Chief Financial Officer in 2019, and vice president of Finance and Facilities in 2020. Delaney received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from La Salle University and his Master of Business Administration from KU in 2010.

Athletics
Field Hockey receives NFHCA Atlantic Region Coaching Staff of the Year
The national champion Kutztown Field Hockey staff, led by head coach Marci Scheuing, earned the 2023 National Field Hockey Coaches Association DII Atlantic Region Coaching Staff of the Year award, announced by the organization Friday, Dec. 8. Scheuing, who just completed her 10th year at the helm, was assisted by Amber Auchenbach, Arianna Grays and Erika Barbera.
