Open Hour with Provost

Faculty, staff and students are invited to drop by and chat with Dr. Lorin Basden Arnold, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs, during her open office hour at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, Old Main concourse. Faculty and staff who would like to have a conversation, but for whom this time does not work, are welcome to contact the Office of the Provost at 610-683-4155 to schedule a time to meet.

Mass at Newman Center Sunday, Feb. 9

Mass will be offered at 3 p.m., not 5 p.m., this coming Sunday, Feb. 9, at the Saint Christopher Catholic Newman Center located at 15207 Kutztown Road, across from Old Main. The Sacrament of Penance will begin at 2:15 p.m. For more information on the Newman Council, please visit the website.

German Lieder and Aria Recital

Kutztown University students and faculty will present a recital of German Lieder and Arias at 7:00 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, Georgian Room. Works will include compositions by Schubert, Mendelssohn, Haydn, Brahms, and others. Admission is free.

Bus Trip to National Museum of the American Indian

We have a bus to the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington D.C. Wednesday, April 23. Please share this trip with your students. The Department of English has generously agreed to pay for the bus and the university will provide every student attending $20 cash to supplement their lunch at the museum. Schedule for the day can be found at the registration link. Once we have 50 registered seats, the form will close.
