University Senate: Professional Staff – Willingness to Serve

University Senate nominations for elected positions are now being accepted for the following positions:
 - Professional Staff Senator (one opening - two-year term): Senator representing the views of all professional staff at the university. Must have three years of full-time service at the university by August 2024. This is a two-year term. KU employees designated "Professional Staff" are all those represented by SCUPA and managers below the rank of Cabinet.

Chambliss Undergraduate Student Academic Achievement Awards

Faculty and staff are encouraged to nominate undergraduate students who graduated in December 2023 or graduating in May 2024 for this prestigious award. Nominees should exemplify an exceptional individual achievement in one or more categories. A list of categories and a nomination form can be found on the website below. The deadline is Monday, Feb. 12.
