Doss Receives First Career D2CCA All-Atlantic Region Honor

The accolades continued to roll in for Kutztown women's volleyball outside hitter Sadie Doss in her final season. On Wednesday, Nov. 29, the graduate student was voted to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-Atlantic Region Second Team. It is the first All-Region recognition for Doss, who was also voted to the All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference First Team for the second-straight season. She gives the program its second-consecutive All-Region performer in as many seasons. Doss is also a two-year team captain.

Free Flu Vaccines for Faculty and Staff

The KU Health Center has a limited supply of flu vaccines available for students, faculty and staff at no charge. The CDC recommends everyone receive an annual flu vaccine to protect against the spread of the virus. Call 610-683-4082, option 1 to schedule an appointment.

Craig Thatcher's "Rockin' Holiday Concert"

Join us for a cool start to the holiday season. Recording artist, band leader, originator/host of the PBS series, “Behind the Guitar,” and International Clinician/Ambassador for C.F. Martin & Co., Craig Thatcher brings his “Christmas Show” band to Schaeffer Auditorium, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2. This festive concert benefits the Kutztown University Arts Society’s P.L.A.Y. events. Thatcher is well known throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond as an accomplished and versatile guitarist, adept at many different musical styles including rock, blues, jazz, pop and fingerstyle acoustic guitar. Nyke Van Wyke and vocalist Regina Sayles are among the band members making this an all-out joyful show.

WORKS P-Card Training

APSCUF is hosting a winter social event for all members 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, Saucony Creek, 15032 Kutztown Road, directly following Rep Council. This will be a casual event where food will be provided. Current members are welcome to bring a new member, along with their completed membership card and can get a free drink voucher.
