Sadly, Monday, July 8 will be Jennifer Tanzos’ last day. She will be retiring from KU after 21 years. The library team has been fortunate to have Jen working with us in the Rohrbach Library as the Administrative Assistant for the past eight years. Incoming Student Accounts in Handshake

Please be aware that incoming students have been provided this information at New Student Orientation and through email:
 - "ATTN: NEW INCOMING KU STUDENTS – In August, all students will have Handshake accounts created for them. You will receive an email to activate your account (and you may then be able to begin applying for on-campus jobs). Please do not create an account in Handshake on your own; it will not be approved as you will have one created for you by the Career Center. Questions? Please reach out to us at careerhelp@kutztown.edu."

On Campus Job Postings

This a reminder that if you have any student employment openings in your office for the upcoming Fall semester, we ask that you please log into Handshake and post the position(s) as soon as possible. It is an expectation that all student employment positions are posted in the system to provide equitable access to all KU students. We will email students to advise them of campus employment opportunities by mid-summer. As a reminder, if it is the same position that was posted in the Spring semester, go to All Jobs and use the filter for Status for "closed" jobs. You can then duplicate the job, but remember to edit the dates for the position. If you haven’t created your department yet, or staff members have changed, don't hesitate to get in touch with Jeann Cengeri at cengeri@kutztown.edu.
