Weather

Weather forecasts are provided by KU's Dr. Michael Davis and "Monsoon Mike" Regensburger

A series of low pressures will keep this week anything but spring-like. Well, it’ll be spring-like in the sense of lots of April showers. But it won’t be spring-like in the temperature department with temperatures running a solid 10 to 15 degrees below average. Periods of rain today. Some heavy, with possibly some embedded thunder. Highs only around 47 degrees. Winds will gust upwards of 25 mph making for wind chills as low as 39 at times throughout the day.

GEPAC Rating Day Professional Development Event

We invite faculty to join us 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, MSU, for Gen Ed Rating Day. All norming and rating for general education A1-A4 work products (written and oral communication) collected in Fall 2023 will take place during this dedicated workshop time. The new Category A: Analytic Rubrics can be found here. We are excited to continue developing analytic rubrics as they provide dimensional outcomes for the entire SLO. This process will help us close the loop as we take these outcomes back into the classroom for improved student learning. Thanks to everyone who participated in the revising process for these rubrics. Coffee and lunch will be served at the event. Please register at the link below. For any questions or concerns, please email gepac@kutztown.edu.
