Watch: Allentown Students Awarded Scholarships to KU (WFMZ)

Some hardworking students in the Allentown School District received a major honor Wednesday, Dec. 18: four-year scholarships to Kutztown University. Thirteen students, nine from Louis E. Dieruff High School and four from Allen High School, were surprised with the Board of Governors scholarship. The honor goes to high school students who excel academically. Deadline Extended: CEL Faculty Learning Opportunity

The Center for Engaged Learning (CEL) invites faculty to apply for a professional development opportunity focusing on Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Participants will be allotted up to $600 of professional development funding for time spent completing the training, revising their course and participating in the mandatory events. The application deadline has been extended until Friday, Jan. 3. For more information, visit the CEL Basics of UDL course webpage.
